Thepaperstore.com Return Policy?
Thepaperstore.com has a detailed Return Policy. Most items purchased can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 45 days of purchase if proof of purchase/receipt is provided. Items returned 46 – 60 days after purchase may be returned only in stores for a store credit. Returned merchandise must be in the manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials, accessories, and instructions. The Paper Store does not accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer.
There are two options to return a purchase made online. Option 1: Items purchased online can be returned to any of their store locations. For returns made within 45 days of purchase with the original receipt, refunds will be issued for the same amount paid in the same form as the original payment. If you cannot provide any receipt with your return, you must provide identifying information such as name, address, phone number, and/or email to process your return. Option 2: You can mail your items purchased online to their Returns Center. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email in your return package along with a completed Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA). Please note that mailed returns can only be shipped back to their Returns Center and cannot be shipped to a store location. Refunds for online purchases returned by mail to their Returns Center may take 7-10 business days to process.
As for the Shipping Policy, all Subscription Box purchases are shipped FREE within the continental United States via Ground Service. Since this is a reoccurring shipment, please ensure the shipping address has a safe and secure location for the Subscription Box to be left in the case you are not at home.

Thepaperstore.com offers a Subscription Box service. When signing up for a Subscription Box, an agreement is made for four shipments at $69.99 each (total of $279.96 plus tax) which will automatically renew after the 4th shipment unless cancelled. After the initial Subscription Box order is placed, the card is authorized for $69.99 plus tax to confirm the available funds – it will not be charged at this time. The card will only be charged $69.99 plus tax when the Subscription Box ships. The subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of the original order date at the initial purchase price (after a year). The payment method for the subscription box can be updated by logging into the account at www.thepaperstore.com and clicking on My Subscriptions located under Account Information. The payment method can be changed or updated at least 1 business day prior to the Subscription Box shipping. All Subscription Box purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Returns are not accepted on the box or individual items. If the Subscription Box does not arrive or product is damaged, The Paper Store must be notified via email at customerservice@thepaperstore.com or phone at 844-480-7100 within two weeks of receiving the tracking information.
